The gallon of water took me out again on day 38. It was 9pm and I still had 88oz of water to drink. I was tired. I’ve chugged a bunch of water on other nights and quite frankly it’s not comfortable.
I made the choice to fail.
If I’m being completely honest, the follow a diet aspect of the program has been tough too. I’m just trying to maintain my weight so things feel more relaxed with nutrition. So when I think about what the program is and the level each of the tasks are to be completed at I question if was I really completing that task in the right way.
Maybe someday in the future I will start again. I have no immediate plans to restart. Until then I hope to take with me the lessons learned.
