Hi everyone! I’m in the Portland metro area, somewhat close to Ashlynn. I’ve been doing her program since May and I am loving it! About six years ago I started taking my fitness seriously and got in really good shape. Sadly, that all went out the window when we had my in-laws come live (and die) at our house. I’m now getting back into it so I can be healthy as I age and be an example for my kids (I have had five!).
I LOVE the workouts so much but struggle with food big time. I have been able to be consistent with my protein and now need to make healthier choices (fruit over chips, maybe just square of dark chocolate and not four, etc). I have a super supportive husband and now a supportive coach and community, so I’m encouraged that I can start building a healthier foundation!
