Heck yeah
Today's workout was a challenge to myself. When I started with Ashlynn I physically could only do 6 lunges each side and at most 5-6 push-ups on mt knees. Today i did 6-7 front and back lunges with squats. And 12-14 push-ups still on my knees. Huge gains for me. Next time im doing push-ups off my knees even if I only get 2-3. Time to up my game. Thank you @ashlynndohman for helping me help myself.
