Having the courage to trust the process is hard. It’s not a skill we’re taught—but it’s everything when it comes to building the life, health, and results we want.
Eating one “right” meal or getting one workout in isn’t the whole puzzle. When I think about my 100-mile race, the moment I stepped on that start line, I had already done 99% of the work—nine months of consistent effort. Not perfect, but consistent. The project was already done. I just had to trust my work was enough.
Trust is hard. Courage in the waiting is harder.

Yesterdays verse of the day really spoke to me, such a reminder and how I TRY to live each day. Personally this has helped me be more at peace.
