I've done a handful of challenges but this was by far my most consistent one! I'm so proud that I did all 30 workouts, that was my focus this challenge. Was everything perfect? Nope. But I was a lot more mindful of my recovery and nutrition, missed my protein a couple times but I didn't beat myself up over it. At the end of this challenge it wasn't about the scale but more so how I felt at the end...I feel stronger, I look stronger, my energy is up and my anxiety feels way less heavy, it's a win for me! 💜💪🏻 ...Ashlynn being a badass and making me think about trail running!🤔
