40 Thrives stronger!
I’m so proud that I was able to do all 40 Thrive workouts and at least 30 minutes of cardio every day of this challenge!!
My protein, calories and water were on point too. I had to increase calories/protein slowly throughout to get the proper fuel for my workouts.
Was it hard…yes.
Were there days I didn’t want to do any of it…yes.
That’s the beauty of all this. Setting goals for myself and being proud of hitting them!! I’ve truly never been so consistent on every single thing before and my muscles are showing it!!
