Hey everyone. 2 Mondays ago I was at the gym crushing it like normal. While I was benching on my 8th rep with 365 on the bar and some asshole bumped into the bar. Got my MRI results my pectoralis major is completely torn and rolled up.
To say I’m an a little devastated at the moment is an understatement. There was a lot going on in my life that me being physically capable depends on and it’s crushing me a little. I meet with my doctor this Wednesday to figure out surgery and when it’s happening.
Once surgery happens I’d love to get recovery started with a bang. What should I start looking at?
