Higher sets for better results!
I watched a video with Dr. Nash Jocic and he was talking about Serge Nubret doing 40 sets on each exercise with at least 10-20 reps so I'm trying it today!
I'm sticking with 10 sets! I get a good pump and time is better.
What is y'all's opinion/routine?
