Your absolutely right , x college football player , been lifting since I was 16 til 35 , then started work less weights and more mountain bike riding , for the last year back on the weights- benching 315 lbs and dead lifting 375 lbs .
Tonight l start my stack Mk677 before bed , tomorrow morning rad140 , then gym- I think this ok , sound good?
