Running Rad140 and Mk677 first week , at the end of the week having big nose bleeds, do these compounds increase blood pressure?

Running a stack rad140 and mk677 for 7 weeks , mk677 taking before bed 5 days on 2 days off , my Question is rad140 do I take every day , or just on workout day and not on rest days ?

On rest day should I take rad140 and if I get sick ( flu , fever) during the cycle should I continue or stop ?

Your absolutely right , x college football player , been lifting since I was 16 til 35 , then started work less weights and more mountain bike riding , for the last year back on the weights- benching 315 lbs and dead lifting 375 lbs . Tonight l start my stack Mk677 before bed , tomorrow morning rad140 , then gym- I think this ok , sound good?
