REAL Healing w/Peptides
I had an MRI last year, because I hurt my shoulder badly. The MRI showed the following in very brief detail: MRI reading last year: Severe tendinopathy in the long head distal portion of the biceps; labrum was diffusely torn; superspinatus, infraspinatus, and subscapularis all had mild to moderate tendinopathy with edema. ————————— My shoulder was unbelievably painful. It healed a bit over the next 2 months… but after the two months, it was never really the same. My shoulder would do weird shit in the morning, during the day and at night. I couldn’t bench or overhead press anymore, or at least the way that I wanted to. I was limited to just back work, and very, very limited at tricep work due to the bicep tendon. I had to be very careful on my bicep work, because if I did hammer curls, I would out of commission for like a week, that bicep tendon would be so angry with me. It was bad. And even some of the back work I had to be careful with. My training was very limited upper body wise. My body still looked good despite my size, but I was grossly weak…and I fucking hated it About a year in, I threw in the towel. At this point, I had chronic shoulder pain, and I wanted to do something about it because I was tired of being in pain, and my upper body training being mundane and boring. The following was my protocol: Injections with insulin needle: BPC-157: 1000 mcg/1 mg - 5 weeks TB-500: 1000 mcg/1mg - 5 weeks Cartalax: 1000 mcg/1 mg - 5 weeks Oral: Sigumir: 2 capsules a day: 30 days The Result: My shoulder healed nearly 90%….I still have very mild discomfort every so often… but it is almost unnoticeable. I was finally able to bench again. And as a sidenote, every time I benched either with dumbbells or a barbell my affected side would severely lag towards the last few reps and my bicep tendon would be incredibly inflamed and painful thereafter. Now, I have either zero or very minimal lag when I bench. And zero or very minimal discomfort residual post benching pain. I am approaching a 455 bench hopefully by the end of July.

Your Bloodwork Is Lying To You
Enhanced men, Let me save you years of confusion. Standard bloodwork is not designed for enhanced athletes. It's designed for sedentary patients who don't train, don't take compounds, and don't push their biology. Here's what the medical system won't tell you: The Assay Problem Standard immunoassays cross-react with other androgens. You could be at 200 ng/dL or 1200 ng/dL and the test would show the same number. They see "androgen" and guess. Wrong every time. The Kidney Lie Creatinine-based eGFR was designed for people with average muscle mass. If you carry significant size, your creatinine will be chronically elevated regardless of kidney health. Your doctor will panic. You will know better. Demand Cystatin C. It doesn't care how much muscle you carry. The Reference Range Trap "Normal" is a population statistic. It tells you where the herd sits. Plenty of people feel like garbage inside the normal range. What actually matters: LC/MS-MS for total testosterone Equilibrium dialysis for free testosterone Sensitive LC/MS-MS for estradiol Cystatin C for kidney function Your own baseline, not the lab's range I break all of this down in the Bloodwork Bible chapter of Better Than Natural. Coming in less than 60 days. Here's what I want to know from this group: What's the worst bloodwork scare you've had? The one where your doctor told you something was wrong, but you knew your body better? Drop the story. Let's build a reference thread for this group. Real labs. Real compounds. Real context. Tony

Metheleyne Blue
What dosage have you guys found effective? I recently got some from Swiss chems. Does it go directly on the tongue, under the tongue or? Tips appreciated.

@Mike Bridges yes I've found it effective, but it can also be over stimulating for me at times. So I only use it low dose sparingly. Worth looking into the benefits of combining it with red-light therapy or sun exposure. The one I use is liquid drops, I put 1-6 drops in a small bit of water and shot it first thing in the morning. Be mindful to try and not let it touch your teeth. Don't be alarmed either if your pee changes colour... Last time I looked Swiss Chems MB was capsules? Which I thought was a bit strange.

@Tony Huge thanks for clarifying
LGD-4033
Hi guys, what will happen if I run LGD-4033 & MK-677 only after cycling MK-677 & Ostarine?

I think it would be worth ensuring you have recovered properly first, labs will be able to confirm that. Have you run, or do you need to run PCT? People who run cycles back to back are the ones who tend to run into trouble later on, it's not worth the long term health risk if you ask me. But just my humble opinion. Good luck.
