1️⃣ TESTOSTERONE
The modern day woman has low T. A big reason is from chronic elevated stress cortisol.
As a woman, I realized how much we’re programmed that it’s normal to have low energy, low mood, fatigue, low motivation, difficulty following through, & not feel good in our body. 🫠
🔬 Your bare minimum normal T. Levels are 70ng/l. But now many longevity experts believe & help their patients aim for 90-200ng/l
My levels went from 17ng/l to now 150ng/l (and I feel amazing!!!)
😒Low energy, low mood, feeling unmotivated, feeling overwhelmed is a lot of women’s baseline
ESTROGEN & PROGESTERONE

🌹 For me, TRT injections wasn’t enough, it wasn’t until I added the estradiol patch , progesterone pill + my peptides (specifically Motsc, NAD, glutathione, methylene blue) that everything clicked into place and I feel like a 20 year old again that’s hyper focused.
