I’m shocked at how weak I got (🏆but yesterday I hit new PRs!)
I didn’t realize until yesterday how weak I actually got over the last year and half… with tanking hormones & peptide levels (because we just get used to it as women 🫠) For reference… yesterday…. For my single leg seated side press I was at 15lbs per leg (it’s embarrassing to admit 🙈) for over 1.5 years!!! 🏆 Yesterday… I was pressing 70lbs per leg!!! (This is HUGE for me!!) … zero pain too! 🏆 Hip thrusts - I also hit a PR of 310lbs (I also have never done that ever!) And I’m talking 8-12 reps of these weights…. I love ❤️ ALL my peptides but I wouldn’t go without these ones…
As you know, both @Coach B. and I are on a LOT of (prescription grade not “research”) peptides but if I was only allowed a couple these would be the ones I will not go without... NAD+ Motsc Glutathione (Glp) (& BHRT) My mom asked me if I planned on taking peptides for the next 80 years ? I’m so glad you specifically said that GLPs and peptides are 🚫not drugs, because that distinction really matters. Had I understood that back then, and been properly educated that these are naturally occurring in the body🧬 … when my doctor first brought it up years ago, I probably would’ve been open to it. But because I viewed it as some foreign substance or “drug” being introduced into my body, I declined. Looking back now, I realize how much my perspective was shaped by not fully understanding what they actually are and how naturally connected they are to the body.

Crushed my workout today… no more afternoon crashes!
It just feels so good not having the afternoon crashes anymore. 🥹 🙌🏽 🔥 The BHRT & the MOTS-C have been everything for me! ⬇️WEANING OFF GLP: I’m also starting to wean down my glp (cause my body is on point now! 🙌🏽) My plan is to wean completely off glp and just stay on the MOTS-c and all my other peptides. 💉 I still really believe Microdosing GLPs is the best tool currently available to help with fat loss & lowering inflammation in the body. Once you hit your goal you can wean off and maintain with other peptides & tools. ___________________________________________________ The journey is different for everyone but it’s really easier than I’ve ever seen it in the last 5 years coaching women with hormones & weight loss! Ok this is good to know! Aside from the MOTS-C, which other peptides and tools do you recommend for maintaining? I have my eyes on Tesamorelin. Is there something else you recommend?
