Hormone help!!!
I’m experiencing something unusual with my cycle and overall well-being and wanted to clearly explain what’s been happening. My periods are usually very regular and I track them consistently with an app. My last period started earlier than expected on December 22 and lasted until December 27, which was longer than normal for me. Then I began bleeding again on January 4, and it is still ongoing. Since this second round of bleeding, I’ve been experiencing intermittent lightheadedness, dizziness, feelings of faintness, and anxiety. These symptoms come and go, but at times they feel intense, today I was having a good day and suddenly felt very unwell, like I might pass out. Doctors are doing tests now but mentioned the possibility of vertigo, but this feels hormonally related to me. After the first period ended, symptoms like breast tenderness, cramping, and irritability never went away, which feels significant. Because of the back-to-back bleeding, I’m concerned about a possible hormonal imbalance, low iron, or electrolyte issues. I’ve also been under a significant amount of stress over the past two months between moving, expanding my Skool, working 40–45 hours per week, getting sick, missing work, and then overworking to make up lost hours. with a history of PCOS and many laparoscopy none of my symptoms ever felt like this so I’m a little unsure and unsettled. Especially having trust issues with doctors from the past. I’ve historically had PCOS (in my early 20’s) which I was able to heal naturally with the help of a holistic practitioner, and I’ve had mixed experiences with conventional medical care in the past. Because of that, I wanted to seek a more holistic perspective on what could be happening now and how to support my body moving forward. @Natashia Harris I would really love your input on what I should do. Update: they think it’s Vertigo, but I’m thinking either way it’s hormone related and of course energetically.

Hi Gina, how old are you if you don't mind me asking? This is exactly how my perimenopause started at the age of 33.

@Gina Valentina I don't want to scare you. Maybe it's just stress related but keep in mind that it could be an early perimenopause too.
Jason Derulo is pre-diabetic …
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSU_S8UkcqU/?igsh=MTI5Mmp3NHNiNHZiZw== Do you know your HgbA1C? More Americans are prediabetic/diabetic now than are not! Why should you care? It’s the ripple effect… lots of blood sugar and insulin in the body causes things to “grow” that you don’t want to start growing… fat cells, cancer cells. Fibroids, cysts, etc. This is an EASY fix too! My top ways to reverse high blood sugar/insulin (prediabetes) : 1. Intermittent fasting 2. Berberine or metformin 3. Unicity feel great system 4. GLP-1s 5. Fiber & protein at EVERY meal (less carbs) 6. Sleeping earlier (before 10pm!!) 7. Daily workouts (but as you can see with someone like Jason derulo… even with daily workouts most people that live “fast pace lifestyles” need supplementation to help control their sugars still! @Coach B. Was a pre-diabetic too before we met but now he’s on: 1. Unicity feel great system 2. Microdosing GLP-1 3. Intermittent fasting/ with Factor meals I’m on: 1. Unicity feel great system 2. Intermittent fasting/ with factor meals ****Get ahead of it by knowing what your HgBA1C is AND see which tools you want to start stacking daily that works for you! ✌🏽 😘
