A big reason is from chronic elevated stress cortisol. As a woman, I realized how much we’re programmed that it’s normal to have low energy, low mood, fatigue, low motivation, difficulty following through, & not feel good in our body. 🫠 🔬 Your bare minimum normal T. Levels are 70ng/l. But now many longevity experts believe & help their patients aim for 90-200ng/l My levels went from 17ng/l to now 150ng/l (and I feel amazing!!!) 😒Low energy, low mood, feeling unmotivated, feeling overwhelmed is a lot of women’s baseline ESTROGEN & PROGESTERONE - low estrogen can lead to low mood, stubborn weight , fatigue, brain fog, thyroid issues, increased risk of heart attack & Alzheimer’s - Low progesterone an lead to you waking up during the night, anxiety, low mood 🌟 I cannot encourage you all enough to get your bloodwork done AND really understand the difference between “normal non-disease state levels” vs “optimized youthful levels” of your hormones. And advocate for yourselves if your doctor says “you’re fine” but you don’t feel amazing! 🏆 🌹 For me, TRT injections wasn’t enough, it wasn’t until I added the estradiol patch , progesterone pill + my peptides (specifically Motsc, NAD, glutathione, methylene blue) that everything clicked into place and I feel like a 20 year old again that’s hyper focused. 📱 My ability to follow through on daily tasks without the afternoon or luteal crash 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 💪🏽 My motivation is way up 🧠 My ability to focus & think clearly 💥 The energy to do things I haven’t been able to do in years !!!
