Why do we love seeing how others do things badly? Because we can learn from their mistakes without the pain often results (or lack there of)! We will be reviewing current Employment Ads from the public job boards and bringing them in to audit for YOUR own Boss best practices. We will be editing them to make them blind...without changing their words. This first one was SUPER confusing... the entire way through! I went a little long ( in the future I will shorten this to 20-sh minutes) but this was the perfect example of how to confuse candidates and attract chaos to your own company.
