Now that most of you have completed your NHS Healthcare Project, it’s time to level it up with some real-world Salesforce Admin functionality — Roll-Up Summary Fields!
🎯 Your Task (Do Exactly This):
1️⃣ Go to the Patient__c object
👉 Create a Roll-Up Summary field called Total_Visits__c
👉 This should COUNT the total number of Patient_Visit__c records linked to the patient.
2️⃣ Go to the Patient_Visit__c object
👉 Create a Roll-Up Summary field called Total_Treatments__c
👉 This should COUNT the total number of Treatment_Assignment__c records for that visit.
3️⃣ Go to the Patient_Visit__c object again
👉 Create a Roll-Up Summary field called Total_Treatment_Duration__c
👉 This should SUM the Duration__c field from the related Treatment__c records
📝 (Assuming you added Duration__c to Treatment_Assignment__c, or you can update it accordingly to work)
📌 What To Do:
- Create all 3 Roll-Up Summary Fields as described above
- Add them to the appropriate page layouts
- Take screenshots showing the field setup + result values
- Post your screenshots as a comment under the NHS project video
