Resuming painting after 7 months: any constructive criticisms?

Hii, glad to see you all after 7 months, during this time, for some reasons, I just couldn't paint anything even if I wanted to. But I finally painted this after 7 months of gap, I feel like my skills has gone down by a lot.
Any constructive criticisms and feedback are wholeheartedly welcome, I will need those to improve my painting skills back again.
