Alright guys, so did some research on the knee and added it to the recovery spot. There’s a page in there called understanding the knee and I just kind of explained the most common injuries, what’s involved in the knee and everything that way.
Currently adding mobility, strengthening, and stretches for the knee. Doing the demo videos Friday night so they’ll be up Sunday evening. There’s explanations on the pages for the exercises for those of you that want to just take a look at it and are wanting to help strengthen the knee. Very proud of this
