Hello lovely’s
I haven’t shown up here for 6 days. Old me would’ve felt guilty. New me knows rest is part of consistency. Consistency isn’t about never missing a day. It’s about coming back. It’s about starting again. Today is my “start again” day.If you needed a sign… this is it 🤍

Morning check-in ☀️
✅ I avoided my phone for the first 20 minutes. Took a moment to breathe and plan my morning which made me feel calmer. How about you? Did you resist the scroll or pick it up immediately? No guilt if not, just awareness
