My sinuses tried to sabotage me today but I managed to close my rings anyway 😅 - no turning back now ❤️ and had an amazing chicken wrap for dinner. My appetite is on its best behaviour 😉

Day 1 of revised OMAD
I recently found out after 2 years of OMAD that my protein consumption wasn’t even near enough. So I’m making sure I have enough…from today. Let’s see what happens. Starting weight 62kg. Aim to be about 5 to 8 kg lighter.
Day 3
Day 3 complete. I have done OMAD on the past and lost 40 pounds. As a person with severe binge eating disorder, I find it better if I wait until after 4pm to eat my meal. If I eat at lunch, I end up losing control and eating throughout the rest of the day. Also, my energy doesn’t crash midday, and I get a lot more done. But I did find myself kinda white knuckling it today. I don’t think I ate enough calories yesterday, but I don’t want to calorie count because I get a little too obsessive, it becomes a chore, and then I start to resent OMAD. I will probably start entering my meals in My Fitness Pal, once I feel like I’m in the groove. I’m also not going to be weighing myself this time. That also throws me off and it’s defeating to me if the scale doesn’t budge, so I end saying “why bother”. I’m going to trust the process, let my body adjust, and see how it feels. I’m also trying to focus on the other benefits of OMAD, besides weight loss.
Day 2
Today is Day 2 of OMAD. My eating window was 5:00 - 5:30 pm. I still need to work on what I eat for my meal. I know it's not quite balanced at this point.
Day 1
Yesterday was my first day doing OMAD. I didn't open my window until 6:00 pm and closed it at 6:30 pm. 6:00 is later than when I would like to open but my partner worked late yesterday. I'm not sure exactly what we are supposed to post here so I will leave it at this for now.
