Is Guitar Center a good spot for guitar repair?

Idk if this is the place to bring this up, but whilst perusing the digital downloads, I noticed there is nothing there besides the description of the tone presets page there. Thought maybe it was just my tablet, but it looked at it on my phone and same issue. Is anyone else able to view it?
