Good morning. Just realized I hadn't posted in a while.
On my LinkedIn random thoughts I've been talking lately about Preconstruction. And lesn theories so to speak. Tomorrow I start a mini section of things that can be done on a phased open store project like I'm currently on. And the value engineering it brings when we csn think of ways to help the store team and client have less merchandise displaced during phases.
