Day 5 💥

Trigger: I reviewed “The Roadmap” in the mini biz course. The things that clicked: I gained clarity on my target population and purpose.

What is my passion?: My passion is helping patients with cancer convert to a plant based diet and use integrative healing modalities such as meditation and yoga to aide in relieving side effects that cancer treatments cause.

The problem I can solve: I can streamline recipes, meditation, and yoga exercises in a 12 week program to guide patients in an organized, coach led manner.

The kind of people I want to work with: I want to work with patients who want to know how to become an active participant in their own care. Being a nurse, I’ve often witnessed patient’s agreeing with a plan of care bc the doctor says so and completely relying on western medicine to “cure” them. I want patients who are interested in making lifestyle changes to best prevent reoccurrence and/or worsening of their disease or condition.

-Coach for free: Leaving flyers at the cancer center. Coaching my wife or grandma, both cancer patients.

Action: The one step I took today is: Reached out to my Grandma asking if I could coach her during the rest of her cancer treatments.
