A hard one for the community, because most of us have felt it.
You are at a signing table and something feels off. The signer seems unsure, someone else is doing all the talking, or you get the sense that this may not be fully their choice.
Two questions for the community:
Have you ever paused or stopped a signing because the signer did not seem aware, willing, or able?
What did you notice, and how did you handle it without making the room tense?
What is your go to move when a family member is answering for the signer?
How do you create a moment to speak directly with the signer?
