Hi All, just wondering if anyone had any advice on what someones rights are while living in temporary accommodation for 4 year, house not of any standards, moved 5 times in the space of 4 years, have two children one child with SEN and was moved out of area into a hotel while in school, separate from children in the hotel ages 14 and 18 year old, new rent is £402.56 a WEEK, soon to have additional admin charges of 93.62 a week, an endless list of disrepairs, solicitors disrepair claim of £250, and a support worker who lets you know how long you have left still to wait on the housing list, two complaints both of which have been dismissed, numerous email to Review Officer, no response, only to tell say they are satisfied with the accommodation I Just need the advice on where to start with them, I have requested a SARs and they have requested to see our ID 🤔 Thank you 🙏🏽
