Bleacher Hours/Coach Nolan is happening in 7 days
Big News All 12 slots are filled...
Everyone, As I had mentioned over a week ago, we are putting our "one to one family recruiting" in place and am excited to see how we can continue to serve family members as we have these past 5 decades to deliver what we know to be the most challenging piece for the families due to NIL, and the Transfer Portal effecting your high school athletes. With that said, (as promised) I will still be doing some posts here on SKOOL every once in awhile for those of you in the "observer" space. But my efforts are focused on those who have asked me to assist them on this Chaos on the High School athletes by the NCAA. The other exciting news is We’re making our content more accessible by introducing a new mid-tier membership. Introducing the Premium tier at $9/month (or $99/year) This gives you access to: ∙ All Masterclass Calls On Demand that I will be sharing. ∙ The Player Development Framework for Your Student-Athlete (Yes, Exercises they will need to do) ∙ How to Coach Your Athlete for college Recruiting Course What this means for existing members: Current observer members keep exactly what they have now, nothing changes for you. This plan will start Monday March 30th. New: Pay-As-You-Go 1-2-1 Coaching Book a one-off 1-2-1 session with myself for $99, no subscription needed. Any questions drop them below. Finally, there is no waitlist over the next 6 months! When this first group is finished I'll open this up again for those who may need help.

📌 “A Shift in Focus”
Over the past year, I’ve taken more than 800 free calls from families across the country. Different sports.Different situations.Same pattern. A camp here.A ranking event there. An unofficial visit.A social media post about how “amazing” it all was. Then a few weeks later…Confusion.Questions.Panic.Another call. I’ve always been glad to help. That’s who I am. But here’s what I’ve realized: Quick answers don’t build long-term direction. Recruiting isn’t a three-hour tour like on Gilligan's Island It’s a serious cycle that requires structure, academics, communication strategy, and NIL awareness — not just excitement and a cheap graphic/invite on Social Media from a camping coach. So I’m making a shift. Instead of handling dozens of reactive calls each month, I’m putting the final structure around NorthStar Advisory — a 6-month strategic engagement for families who want a real roadmap. This will be limited to 12 families. Inside that structure we cover:• Academic planning• Recruiting communication• Exposure strategy• NIL literacy• Decision-making frameworks Not noise. Not hype. Not crisis management. You’ll still see my Dad Joke reels on YouTube and Instagram — because humor exposes what’s broken in youth sports better than lectures ever could. But inside this community, the focus is narrowing. Depth over volume.Structure over reaction.Navigation over 411 calls. More details soon. – Coach Nolan
The ONE Thing I never hear Olympians say...
Darn, If only I trained harder, I would have won that..... In EVERY sport and at EVERY level as an athlete; coach ;and yes Dad (and Husband) the one thing that is consistent is that they NEVER will make excuses for their LACK of Training. Other External things might keep them off the top Block of that Gold Medal (biased judges etc...) but its NEVER their Internal issues (a recent death of a teammate or family member) that holds them back. They ALWAYS somehow know how to pull off that undeniable urge to be a CHAMPION. Its the drive that makes them want to be in the race to finish no matter what. Be the driver- not the passenger!
