Women's Circle Reflections ~ Dec 23

Today's Women's Circle was so beautiful and heartfelt. Thank you to the lovely souls who joined us! 🥰

We reflected on the energy that is alive within each of us during this season, focusing on how the energy is presenting itself in the body and the emotions that arise. We also contemplated what it would feel like to take back the pen and rewrite our narrative to support how we want to feel and exist beyond the blueprints of our family and surroundings.
