How building a brand and sharing yourself online can be POWERFUL shadow work.

…. The Truth is that ..posting awakens the unseen parts of us fear, insecurity, perfectionism, the need for approval and blasts them into the light.

And this can lead to powerful transmutation when we lean into this process. And allow yourself to turn that fear into excitement and creative expression.
