Instagram Reels with B-Rolls?

hi guys, Thor has added B-Rolls (video clips of current events) to some of his Instagram reels. I always think that's great and would like to do that too, but I don't know where I can download something like that. I've already asked Chatgpt, but he couldn't give me anything useful. It would be perfect if the videos were in German, because my content is in German. But if you don't know any German ones, I'll take the English ones and try to translate them somehow.
