Hi all, I just joined the community and I want to share this reel that I posted on Instagram last week because I believe it will resonate with a lot of people here.

I’ve felt we needed change for years now. I originally made this video back in 2021, but this is a video that was really 10 years in the making as it is an accumulation of 10 years of reading, learning and growing. This video was made during an increasingly troubling time but I hope these words serve as a beacon of inspiration for a wonderful future.

Instagram limits the reach of reels that are longer than 3 minutes because they think people get bored with long content. If you think this video is not boring and is worth being seen by more people I'd greatly appreciate you sharing it.
