If you’re new here — welcome 🤍 You’ve landed in a space that’s intentionally low-pressure, nervous-system-led, and human (AI is great for some things but nothing beats being in a space with real people dealing with real life.) NeuroMagic Club really isn't about learning to perform ADHD “correctly” to please others, or forcing productivity. It’s about understanding your brain, your body, and your patterns — and from there, living your life, that actually works for you. To mark the start of this new chapter (and the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse 🔥), I wanted to share a free ritual guide with you I have created - the last bit is really powerful. These are rituals that work psychologically for ADHD brains like yours and mine. And they do work. 🐍🔥 Why Ritual Works for ADHD ADHD brains don’t change through willpower or pressure. They change through meaning, safety, symbolism, and embodied signals. Ritual helps your nervous system: - register when something has ended - feel safe enough to shift - orient towards what’s next without burning out I created this as part regulation and orientation with a sprinkle of manifestation. 💛 Reminder that we’re meeting tonight 💛 This session is for anyone who’s been feeling: - emotionally intense - anxious or on edge - overwhelmed by small things - flat, foggy, too much going on all at once We’ll be exploring what’s really happening in your nervous system, why your emotions make sense (especially if you’re ADHD and burnt out), and how stress, pressure, and life events can push us into overdrive or shutdown. I’ll be sharing a very human example from my own last 24 hours to explain this in real time, to show how quickly our capacity can be stretched and how the brain responds under pressure - no matter how much work we have done or training we have had. ✨Celebrating my latest f*ck up with a FREE 12 week support group✨
Ladies, I f*cked up. I didn’t record a single video in Thailand. Not one. Despite the fancy mic. Despite “having the time.” Instead, I did something radical for an ADHD woman… I rested. I laughed. I stopped stressing. And in that space, I designed something I actually wish existed. I’ve created a FREE 12-week NeuroMagic support group — a calm, pressure-free space for women navigating ADHD, burnout, and nervous system overload. No fixing. No forcing. No productivity bullshit. 🌀 Here’s how it works: I’ve scheduled a live call every Wednesday at 7pm (starting 11th Feb) for 12 consecutive weeks. You don’t have to come to all of them. You don’t have to be “on.” You can lurk, listen, or show up messy (PJ's and a brew for me). Each week has a gentle theme, and over the 12 weeks we’ll move through the 4 domains I use in my 1:1 work — so you can start joining the dots in your own life, at your own pace. This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t coaching. It’s shared language, peer support, and nervous-system-safe conversations — with me guiding where it’s helpful. If you’re burnt out but still “coping just fine”… If your confidence has gone before your productivity… If you’re tired of pretending you’re okay… ✨ You’re invited.
