I’ve created a FREE 12-week NeuroMagic support group — a calm, pressure-free space for women navigating ADHD, burnout, and nervous system overload. No fixing. No forcing. No productivity bullshit.

I’ve scheduled a live call every Wednesday at 7pm (starting 11th Feb) for 12 consecutive weeks.
You don’t have to come to all of them.
You don’t have to be “on.”
You can lurk, listen, or show up messy (PJ's and a brew for me).
Each week has a gentle theme, and over the 12 weeks we’ll move through the 4 domains I use in my 1:1 work — so you can start joining the dots in your own life, at your own pace.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t coaching.
It’s shared language, peer support, and nervous-system-safe conversations — with me guiding where it’s helpful.
