💛 Reminder that we’re meeting tonight 💛
This session is for anyone who’s been feeling:
- emotionally intense
- anxious or on edge
- overwhelmed by small things
- flat, foggy, too much going on all at once
We’ll be exploring what’s really happening in your nervous system, why your emotions make sense (especially if you’re ADHD and burnt out), and how stress, pressure, and life events can push us into overdrive or shutdown.
I’ll be sharing a very human example from my own last 24 hours to explain this in real time, to show how quickly our capacity can be stretched and how the brain responds under pressure - no matter how much work we have done or training we have had.
There’ll be:
- simple neuroscience (no jargon)
- gentle check-ins you can use any time
- space to reflect quietly or share in the chat
