Choosing a stricter, more intentional healing journey takes courage, asks you to slow down, simplify, and trust a process that doesn’t always feel comfortable at first. In Chinese medicine, healing often begins with shedding and draining — letting go of what no longer serves the body.That can mean detoxing, clearing stagnation, and releasing long-held inflammation And yes… that phase can challenge the mind. You may feel tired, more emotional, Sensitive, questioning if you’re “doing it right.” But this stage is not a setback — it’s movement. Think of it like clearing silt from a riverbed.The water may look cloudy before it runs clear again.The disturbance is part of restoring flow. After draining comes calming. After release comes repair. After inflammation settles, the body can finally receive nourishment and rebuild strength. Nothing about this process is random.Your body is intelligent knows how to heal when given the right conditions. So if today feels hard, remind yourself: - You are not broken - You are not failing - You are in transition This is the work of deep healing — not quick fixes, but lasting change phase you’re in. Gentleness and clarity are coming. One breath. One day. One layer at a time. 🌿

🌿 A Seasonal Check-In & Bigger Picture Reflection 🌿 We’re standing at a powerful crossroads right now. In Chinese Medicine, this marks Year 1 of a new 9-year cycle—a time of planting seeds, not forcing outcomes. We’re also closing out the Year of the Wood Snake, a year that asked for introspection, shedding old skins, and deep inner recalibration. Many of you likely felt that in subtle (or not-so-subtle) ways. As we begin to move toward the Year of the Fire Horse, the energy will gradually shift toward momentum, visibility, and forward motion—but winter reminds us not to rush. Winter is still the season of: Rest• Reflection• Conserving energy• Strengthening foundations (Kidney energy, nervous system, resilience) This is not the time to sprint.This is the time to listen, simplify, and build quietly. Year 1 is about asking: -What do I want to grow over the next 9 years? -What needs to be supported before it can expand? -What habits, rhythms, and boundaries will actually sustain me? -Our weekly calls are designed to honor exactly this—working with the season, the cycle, and your body’s timing. Small, consistent steps now create powerful momentum later. -Trust the slow build. -Winter work is invisible—but it’s everything. 💛

Six months of healing is never just about the herbs. Or the homotoxicology. Or the diet shifts. It’s about the patterns. It’s about the small, daily choices that quietly compound. Detoxification isn’t just physical.Yes, we’re supporting drainage pathways.Yes, we’re reducing toxic load.Yes, we’re nourishing organs and restoring terrain. But we’re also clearing emotional backlog.Chronic stress patterns.Old reactions that keep the nervous system braced. As you move through this program, I invite you to notice: When you feel overwhelmed — what do you reach for?When you feel sad — do you allow it, distract from it, or push through it? When irritation rises — do you tighten, suppress, overwork, overeat, withdraw? Healing deepens when we become aware of our body’s early signals.The tight shoulders.The shallow breath.The skipped meal.The racing thoughts at night. We can layer on beautiful wellness support — herbs, drainage remedies, diet upgrades — but are we creating the internal space to receive it? Are we laughing enough?Taking micro-breaks to regulate? Choosing rest before burnout forces it? Sustainable healing isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about building a relationship with your body.Learning its stress language.Taking responsibility for the tiny decisions.Choosing consistency over intensity.
