Program Reminders and Support update
Hi everyone, A few important reminders and program updates to help ensure appointments, herb ordering, and ongoing support continue to run as smoothly as possible. Photo Submission & Appointment Updates Please send updated photos approximately 48–24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment whenever possible to support@drcmolik.com. Jane App will automatically send out a follow-up form prior to your visit, and patients are welcome to complete that form directly. However, if the form feels confusing or difficult to navigate, you may instead email your photos and brief updates directly to support@drcmolik.com. These updates are not intended to repeat your full appointment discussion, more to provide concise highlights that help give context to your photos and current progress. Examples of helpful updates may include: Significant changes in symptoms • Major stressors or life events • Changes in sleep, digestion, skin, energy, or cycles Going off protocol or difficulty following recommendations • Any notable reactions or shifts since the last visit Submitting photos and updates ahead of time allows adequate time for everything to be reviewed, uploaded, and organized within your chart before your appointment. *Same day submissions can be difficult to accommodate during busy clinic days, so we greatly appreciate your support with this process. Herb Shipping & International Waiver Kamwo, the professional herbal pharmacy we source through, now requires all patients to complete an international shipping waiver prior to herbs being released for shipment. This is a mandatory part of their international compliance process. Please check your spam or junk folder regularly, as these emails frequently get filtered there. Kamwo may also send reminder emails if the waiver has not yet been completed. Please note that herbs cannot be shipped until the waiver is signed, which may delay processing timelines. Dr. Cmolik does her best to coordinate herb refills alongside upcoming appointments to support continuity of care, although shipping and processing variables can occasionally affect exact timing.

👋 Welcome to Modern Chinese Medicine
This is your online home for real, root-cause healing — the kind that goes deeper than symptom relief and empowers you to take charge of your skin, allergies, and immune health. Whether you're here for one of our programs or just getting your feet wet, you're in the right place. I created this space because too many people are still stuck in the cycle of suppression — steroid creams, inhalers, elimination diets — with no real understanding of what their body is trying to say. This isn’t that. This is a place for people ready to listen to their body — and do something about it. It's a community for healing, learning, and celebrating the progress (and messiness) of that journey. 💡 A few things to know… 1. Kindness + Curiosity First 2. We're all walking different paths — let’s meet each other with empathy, encouragement, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. 2. No Pressure to Perform This is not a "post or perish" space. You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels good for you — whether that’s watching quietly, asking questions, or chiming in when you're inspired. You won’t get booted for taking a break. 3. Tip Tuesday + Win Wednesday (Optional but Fun) ✨ Tip Tuesday – Got a skincare trick, allergy-friendly food hack, or lifestyle gem that helps you thrive? Share it. 🎉 Win Wednesday – Big or small, your wins matter. Let’s celebrate the real stuff — from finally getting better sleep to a breakout that cleared. 4. Some Programs Are Paid or Invite-Only You might see locked modules or exclusive content. That’s because certain courses and protocols are only available to program members. If you’re curious about joining, just reach out — I’ll point you in the right direction. This is your space. Heal at your own pace, connect when it feels right, and know you’re not alone in this. xo, Dr. Kelly 💻 www.drcmolik.com | 📧 kelly@drcmolik.com | IG: @drkellycmolik

👋 If You’ve Just Joined Us for the Liver Reset
Over the past few days, a number of new members have joined the community to participate in the 9-Day Liver Reset, so I wanted to say a quick welcome and help you get oriented. If you're here for the reset, you’ll find the full program inside the Core Reset Protocol section. Start with: Core Liver Diet Principles Then simply move through the sections in order. Everything is laid out step-by-step, including: • what to eat and what to avoid • the liver morning routine • hydration guidance • your 9-day reset plan • meal structure and grocery list • optional supportive supplements and teas. This reset is designed to reduce inflammatory burden and support liver function in a practical, manageable way. You don’t have to do it perfectly — consistency is what matters. For those already working with me in the clinical programs, nothing changes for you. Your program spaces and support remain exactly the same. If you’re planning to start the reset, feel free to comment below and let @Julia Hunter know when you’re beginning. – Dr. Cmolik
The layers in healing
Healing psoriasis, eczema, allergies, and many other chronic conditions often happens in layers. What appears on the skin or through recurring symptoms may be only one part of a much bigger picture. From a Chinese medicine perspective, we look for patterns such as excess heat, dampness, stagnation, digestive weakness, depletion, and the body’s ability to clear what has accumulated. This is why treatment may move through different phases: first draining and clearing, then re-harmonizing, and finally tonifying and rebuilding. We do not want to heavily nourish a system that is still congested, but we also do not want to continue cleansing once the body is asking for restoration. Food is an important part of this process. Depending on the person and the phase of healing, this may include more hydrating fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, fresh herbs, soups, coconut water, mineral-rich whole foods, and lighter, lower-fat mornings. When digestion is weak, warm and simple foods such as congee, rice, squash, sweet potato, steamed vegetables, and soups may be more supportive. It may also mean reducing heavily processed foods, excess sugar, alcohol, fried foods, and anything that places more burden on the body during healing. But healing is not only physical. Chronic symptoms can affect confidence, relationships, work, sleep, social connection, and the way a person feels in their own body. Emotional stress, unresolved experiences, grief, overworking, perfectionism, fear, and constantly living in a state of urgency can all shape how supported or depleted we feel. The spiritual layer may involve reconnecting with meaning, trust, nature, creativity, community, prayer, reflection, or simply learning to slow down and listen to the body again. The therapeutic protocol may be temporary, but the new ways of living often need to continue. Long-term healing may ask us to change how we eat, think, rest, move, relate to others, manage stress, and care for ourselves before symptoms begin building again.
🌞 Supporting Your Body During This Season
As many of you move through the Medical Medium 3:6:9, the Biomed Gut Reset, and the remainder of your six-month healing journey, we wanted to share a gentle reminder: Healing has seasons. Right now, your body is already doing a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes. You're asking it to repair, rebalance, and restore while reducing its overall burden. During the summer, however, there can be additional demands on the body longer days, more activity, vacations, working outdoors, hotter temperatures, and increased sweating. All of these can increase your body's need for fluids, minerals, and nourishment. This isn't a season to underfuel yourself. It's a season to nourish yourself well. Some reminders to help support your body: 🍉 Aim for plenty of local in season fruits and vegetables each day. These provide water, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and the carbohydrates your body uses for energy and healing. 🥥 Don't forget coconut water. It can be a great way to replenish fluids and naturally occurring electrolytes, especially after time in the heat or increased activity. 💧 Hydration matters. Sip water consistently throughout the day rather than waiting until you feel thirsty. ☀️ Be mindful of long hours in the heat or physically demanding days. If you're working outdoors, caring for children, travelling, or simply busier than usual, recognize that your body may need additional rest, hydration, and nourishing foods. 🤍 Give yourself permission to slow down when needed. Trying to maintain your usual pace while also asking your body to heal can sometimes leave you feeling more fatigued. Listening to your body's cues and adjusting your expectations during this season is part of the healing process—not a sign of weakness. Remember, the goal isn't simply to get through the herbs, the 3:6:9 or complete the Gut Reset. The goal is to clean up a significant build up and added load on the system. create a strong foundation for long-term health over the next six months and beyond.
