I’ve seen a lot on carnivore diet vs plant based vs everything in moderation. Let me know!! Comment for Dr. Kelly that I forgot to mention yesterday. I’ve noticed swelling/tightness in my R calf for a couple of years. It’s pretty consistent and I feel difference in my clothing between right and left. I also have a L labral tear in my hip, not sure if this creates energy blockage elsewhere. Thought I’d mention both.
