Gut Reset tips…
Are there any tips and tricks that worked for you? Overall how have you felt being on the gut reset? I’ve just started!! Any suggestions or ideas is helpful.

Hi Stephanie, nice to hear you are trying to stick to the R&R diet. I really think that along with the herbs and now the gut reset protocol are making all the difference in my skin. I am 75 -80 % clear now. Just trying to make this method a priority in my life everyday.

Hi - question about the gut reset. Since I received the Pleo Citrus and Pleo Sanuvis in liquid form rather than the ampules, do I take the drops as stated on the box - everyday instead of 2 doses a week on alternating days?
