This points to a crucial aspect of sales and marketing strategy: PERSISTENCE. If your prospects keep receiving texts and emails from you, over your competitors, they will eventually move forward with you because you're staying top of mind with them. Crafting optimized automated texts and emails that reach out to your leads significantly enhances your engagement rates without demanding constant manual input. To scratch my own itch, I created 2 tools that help me come up with the follow-up texts and emails: 1. Law Firm Email Pro Copywriter By My Legal Academy - this enables you to create a series of 7 automated emails. These can be integrated with CRMs like Legal Funnel CRM, Hubspot, or others, automating the process of nurturing leads. 2. Law Firm SMS Wizard By My Legal Academy - this helps you come up with the texts to text your leads. Throughout the last 9 years, I've collected hundreds of optimized follow-ups to understand better how to properly follow up. I recently used ChatGPT to analyze them and come up with the best practices I share here: MLA Follow-Up Best Practices.
