With that in mind, I am excited to officially share that Leadership Launchpad will be launching on January 5th inside the community. 🥳

After exploring so many perspectives on leadership, one truth becomes impossible to ignore. Leadership is not about titles, personality types, or having all the answers. It is about who you become when things are uncomfortable, uncertain, or demanding. It is about how you lead yourself before anyone is watching, how you communicate when emotions are involved, how you make decisions under pressure, and how you treat people when you are the one setting the tone.

Leadership Launchpad is an 8 week experience designed to develop those exact skills. It helps you move from self doubt and inconsistency into becoming a calm, confident, and intentional leader by strengthening self leadership, emotional discipline, communication, decision making, and people development. By the end, leadership is no longer something you try to do. It becomes how you show up, how you think, and how you influence others every single day. I AM EXCITED FOR THIS!

Access to the course will be available through our community tiers, and here is how it will work.

Premium members will have access to the first 4 weeks of the 8 week course, along with a 50 percent discount to purchase weeks 5 through 8.

⭐ VIP Membership (link here)

VIP members receive full access to the entire course. The first five people can join for $49 per month, after that, the price will increase to $79. This tier also includes ongoing monthly coaching, making it a deeper level of commitment and support.
