One of the hardest parts of being a leader/coach/mentor in life is wanting people to see results fast. It’s like the gym… we all wish someone could start and in 14 days look in the mirror and say “WOW, thank you!” 😂 But real growth is built through consistency, reps, and patience. The next point explains why I said this...
3️⃣ Accountability is the difference-maker.
Many people set goals in January, feel motivated for a few weeks, and then life happens, and the goals fade. That’s why check-points matter. Some "research" says approximately 80% of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions or goals by mid-February (specifically around Valentine's Day). I honestly think it's pretty accurate. With that being said:

I’ll share how I personally set up check-points for my goals (simple, practical), and if you want to review yours live, I’m happy to do that too. If you can’t make it, I’ll try to record a short segment so you can still watch afterward and complete the exercise on your own.
Bottom line: whether you feel “on track” or “off track,” it’s never too late to adjust the route. What matters is staying accountable to what YOU said you wanted. 💪
