We just locked up a 44-unit, fully renovated apartment community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast — signed LOI in hand — now open to a limited group of partners.

🤝 No preferred return, $50K minimum
🏗️ Conservative debt + Year-3 refinance, third-party managed
The seller is carrying 15% of the price, meaning we only need to raise half the equity from investors — and the seller stays invested right alongside us.
