What's up everyone! My name is Dylan Stewart, I've been a full-time investor since graduating high school in 2017. I started out single family wholesaling in Washington state (I currently live in Dallas TX) and then began to branch out to other states. In 2019 I bought my first mobile home park and I've bought 13 other MHPs & RVPs since then. I'm now looking to focus on serving the capital needs of investors! I understand the grind of hunting for deals, investing in marketing, growing your team, and using your own money to do deals. Whether you're buying a property or wholesaling it, you'll need earnest money. Sellers often want a larger EMD so you can show your level of commitment. If you're buying 1 property or 10, it can be a lot of pressure to have your funds all over the place. That's where I can come in, I'll fund your EMD and get paid back when you close. Can do up to $100k EMD, but can do more on a deal by deal basis. This will allow you to keep your money allocated in the highest ROI areas. (marketing, teams, etc) Also if you're wholesaling the property and you don't want the seller or buyer to see your profits, I can fund your double closing & make it a very easy process. Can do up to $10m double close, if it's over that, happy to take a look! As I continue to grow, I’ll be doing traditional private lending and even equity partnerships with experienced operators I trust. If you’ve got deals or just want to connect, let's do it!
