If you're buying 1 property or 10, it can be a lot of pressure to have your funds all over the place. That's where I can come in, I'll fund your EMD and get paid back when you close. Can do up to $100k EMD, but can do more on a deal by deal basis. This will allow you to keep your money allocated in the highest ROI areas. (marketing, teams, etc) Also if you're wholesaling the property and you don't want the seller or buyer to see your profits, I can fund your double closing & make it a very easy process. Can do up to $10m double close, if it's over that, happy to take a look!
