If you want to stop doing 1-1 sales calls and don't want to build a sales team this is for you.
First off I think 1-1 sales calls is the way to go when you start a new business.
I started GLP-1 Launch over the summer this year and started off with some good ol ads to book a call.
I think this is the best way to get things rolling instead of trying to find more "leverage" in the sales process. It can suck and it's a grind.
But I did that for about 4 months straight.
I got a ton of feedback and was able to refine my offer.
Feedback meaning I was able to understand more what people really wanted.
I also found out what price points make sense for me and the market.
So I gathered a ton of data and information to help create a more scalable sales process.
I knew I wasn't going to continue doing 1-1 sales calls forever. But I didn't know exactly what my escape plan was yet.
I was doing some low ticket funnels and will definitely go to that again soon. But I just knew my constraints. I'm not hiring a sales team no sir.
Ain't got time for all that non sense. Not for me. After bout 4 months of taking calls I bout had my limit. Going through the same conversation over and over is exhausting.
Having my calendar filled up is just painful to my soul. I hate having scheduled things on my calendar. Absolutely hate it. I love the freedom a minimally packed schedule can bring.
Long story short I ended up transitioning to more one to many sales.
I always say you should have a hypothesis and go test that shit.
My hypothesis was that "if I can just maintain the same show and close rate but only sell two hours a week then I would be the happiest man alive."
So I came up with what I now call a Masterclass Funnel. I used a vsl landing page to sell people on hopping on my Masterclass. I was definitely surprised to find out that indeed I was able to maintain a decent show rate and the same close rate...
All while only having two "sales calls" per week instead of having 6-7 booked calls per day. Ecstatic to say the least. So now I just have two Masterclass sessions per week and I'm able to fill each one with about 20-30 booked calls. With an average 38% show rate so far.
Closing at 25-32%. Not all the plans work but this one has been a game changer for me. Especially because my intentional constraints are to not hire a sales team and to just keep it me and my VA.
The potential here is awesome because I can simply scale my ad spend and not increase my energy output much to handle more sales since it's just two calls per week.
I'm spending about $300/day and hoping to get to 1k/day. We shall see if I can pull it off. I don't think it's for everyone but if you have a good offer and are willing to spend over $100/day it is worth it.
I'd love to run this for one or two people. I definitely think the Masterclass Funnel can highly optimize your business and life if freedom is your thing.
