100 Miler Training
So I’ve entered week four of training, feeling pretty good. First week was 50 miles second week was 41 miles third week was 43 miles. I’m prioritizing sleep and recovery to help make sure I’m prepared for the work that needs to be done each day. I’m loving the new Garmin Enduro 3 and the new features I get to play with!
