How to Navigate: Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is for discussing strength training, conditioning, and physical preparation for grappling. Topics can include lifting programs, conditioning methods, injury prevention, recovery, mobility, and building attributes that improve performance on the mats. Questions about strength and conditioning are welcome, whether you’re looking for program advice, exercise ideas, or ways to improve your physical preparation for grappling. When posting, try to include: • Your training experience • Your current program or approach • Your specific goal (strength, endurance, injury prevention, etc.) The goal is to share ideas that help grapplers become stronger, healthier, and more resilient for training and competition.
