Warfighter and BJJ
I’d like to get anyone else’s thoughts and experience on combing warfighter and BJJ. My goal is to get to BJJ two to three times per week. What days do we think would match up best with this? I’ve used the “high low” method before and made the hard days hard and easy days easy. Or would it make sense to go to BJJ on the aerobic conditioning days?
