Over come seller finance objection
What's your best way to overcome the objection that a seller says they don't want to do seller financing because they are afraid the operator will mess it up, and we will get violations and issues since it still stays under their name?
I thought of offering a master lease for a few months to show them how we perform, then proceeding with the closing and seller financing.
How would you overcome that objection?
