Hello everyone! My name is Giancarlo Andriano, and I’m thrilled to be part of this course. I have previous experience with mentorships, and recently, I’ve been cold calling for a group in Florida, where I successfully wholesaled a deal. My current focus is on acquiring a mobile home park in Pennsylvania.
I'm eager to deepen my knowledge in:
1. Underwriting
2. Nurturing client relationships
3. Networking with the group to build strong alliances
