Introduction
Hey All,
My name is Ned Palmer and i'm new to the group. I'm a real estate appraiser by day and have worked on many MHC/RV parks. I've been fortunate enough to see behind the scenes on several syndications and a light bulb went off in my head and I thought, "I can do this!"
I'm based in Tampa, FL and am looking at anything in the Southeast, but Florida is my bread and butter. Looking to acquire two deals in 2026. Really excited to be a part of this community and look forward to getting to know everyone.
